My monthly base packages start at $400 monthly and vary based on your complexities and needs.

When we work together to polish your processes to allow us to deliver high-quality, accurate data, most clients fall into the minimum price.

If you need your books caught up, a one-time setup fee can be broken into installments if requested.

You will be billed on a monthly auto-pay subscription.

I don’t prepare taxes for my clients. However, I will work closely with your Tax Preparer to make tax season as seamless as possible for you. I can also send some recommendations if you are searching for a CPA!

Part of my onboarding process is to set you up with clean books from either the first day of business or the first day of the current year, whichever you prefer.

I request read-only online access to banks, credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, and your invoicing system (if separate).

Almost all of these allow a read-only accountant login, and I will help you figure out how to set it up so your data is secure.

This allows me to work efficiently and avoid bothering you for data requests or more information found within these banks/platforms.

Absolutely! You’re serious about your business, so you’ll take the numbers seriously from the start, and I’m here for it!

You may be small today, but with my insight and your ability to focus clearly on the growth of your business, you will reach your goals!

You don’t need to have it already, but I will set you up with Xero (my preference for most clients) or QuickBooks Online.

Sometimes it’s easier to start with a clean slate, so don’t worry if you don’t have anything yet. I will guide you along the way.

I make sure you’re up to date on your numbers and give you snapshots, highlights, and insights about how your business is doing.

You will be empowered and excited to get these reports as you strive to beat your profit goals and continue improving your business.

Once your books have been set up, I maintain them monthly. After the month ends, I will pull your reports and categorize your transactions.

You will receive one email of questions/clarifications if needed, and once those questions are answered, you will receive your reports with highlights of what the numbers are telling you.

You will have your books by the 15th of the month, if not sooner.
